Fruits originating from Mexico, Central America and South America are now widely cultivated in Asian countries including Indonesia, and Indonesia has the potential to become the largest producer of dragon fruit considering that Indonesia's geographical location which is on the equator allows dragon fruit to be harvested throughout the year.


Dragon fruit with its sweet and fresh taste and very tender flesh is the reason why this fruit is sought after. Not only that, dragon fruit is a very good fruit because of its good nutritional content for the body such as Vitamin C, Iron, Magnesium, Vitamin B2 and Vitamin B3, Calcium and Antioxidants.

 

The very diverse content is a nutrient needed by the body. Therefore, if you are a person who is very fond of consuming fruit, you may try to include dragon fruit as a fruit in your daily consumption list.
